Winter! The season of sneezing, wheezing and freezing is upon us. Love or hate this season, there are always plenty of things to do. Here is our list of the best and worst of winter in descending order:

Christmas in Winter means you get to enjoy all the cold weather activities and traditional food when it's actually cold.
Making s'mores: melt some marshmallows, place them on a thin slab of chocolate and sandwich between 2 thin sweet biscuits. Yum!
Sliding down a frosty hill on a piece of cardboard (aka ‘frost-boarding’). It’s the most fun you can have without snow.
Rugging up until you look like the Michelin Man.
You are tempted to go to work, school or uni in your doona. Better yet, you consider attaching wheels to your bed so you never have to leave it.
Exams: the end of semester season of stress, pressure and late nights. Or, in some cases, lots of procrastination followed by frenzied cramming outside the exam room.
Tax time: the process seems to get longer every year, without any corresponding increase in the size of your refund.
